Prague, by day.

A typical building in the new city: falling apart!

The drivers in Prague ignore all of the traffic laws. Really.

More typical Prague new-city architecture: the left is renovated, the right isn't (but they are starting to work on it).

A cute park in Prague. That is, it's cute until you realize that it goes up a really big hill.

View of the Prague Castle (and St. Vitus Cathedral) from the park.

View of what we've climbed up so far (pant, pant).

View down what we have to climb down on the other side.

Looking off of the edge...

Entering the old city (which is much more pleasant)

Another view of St. Vitus Cathedral from a distance.

Lots of streets and passages in old-city Prague. They're all pretty.

Prague Castle.

Looking from the castle back into the old city.

In the castle. The fountain is in the inner courtyard.

Holy Rood Chapel, also in the inner courtyard.

In St. Vitus Cathedral.

The King's Tomb, under the cathedral.

Back in the cathedral again.

Outside the cathedral. On the right is a tile mosaic.

Burgrave's Palace.

The mini-Eiffel Tower.

A garden that we saw while walking back toward the hotel.

Back...
