After Kathleen’s closing, I stopped by a local cemetery in Hopewell, NJ.

Wow. Surreal-looking.
Interesting. I’m curious about the lighting and the white balance there. What is
lighting the foreground? Moonlight? If so, I would have expected it to be
bluish, assuming the lighting on the flag is incandescent.
Very nice Jorj. I love long evening exposures. Check out my latest evening exposure of the Northern Lights display in northern Wisconsin a few weeks ago at:
I look forward to seeing you again soon–hopefully before the Ricket’s Glen outing.
Thanks, Steve.
Mark: it’s a combination of street lights and cars driving past (mostly the former). The color cast is pretty much correct. Or at least as correct as I can tell. 😉
Robin: thanks! Yours is nicer. I didn’t spend a lot of time setting this up; I’m not 100% satisfied with it, but knew I wouldn’t be as I was setting it up. I decided to take the shot anyway because I don’t have much experience shooting long night exposures.
